In this day and age of people doing less, and feeling like they’re getting less, and less services being provided throughout the country (and our economy!), I wanted to thank your company, and specifically, Joanne have renewed my respect and appreciation for the words “customer service”.
I spoke with her, and she suggested I mail the Laundry Marking Kit back to see how to repair same. Once received, it was beyond repair. She telephoned me to explain why and then without asking, sent me a new one. I cannot tell you how refreshing and kind that gesture was.
I will certainly use your company again (and again!) and will recommend you to friends and family in the future.
