How can I send you my artwork?

Within the ordering process you will have the option to upload the relevant files. Simply follow the instructions and your artwork will be sent with your order.

How do I change my embosser die?

To remove embossing die holder:

What is Sublimination?

A dye-sublimation printer is a computer printer which employs a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric.

How I do get to you?


Maine Turnpike, Biddeford Exit 32 (formerly Exit 4)
· At the traffic light proceed straight to Route One.
· At the traffic light, turn right on to Route One South
(Proceed 3/10 of a mile and across from the Three Sisters Restaurant – formerly the Dry Dock Restaurant).
· Turn right onto Morin Street.
· We are located 100 feet on the left.

Route One North
· Proceed 4/10 of a mile north of the Arundel Overpass on Route One North.
· Turn left onto Morin Street (Across from Three Sisters Restaurant – formerly the Dry Dock Restaurant).
· We are located 100 feet on the left.

Route One South
· From 5 Points Biddeford, proceed on Route One South
approximately 2 miles.
· Turn right on to Morin Street (Across from Three Sisters Restaurant – formerly the Dry Dock Restaurant).
· We are located 100 feet on the left.


Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use PayPal for all of our online transactions. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we don't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. Only PayPal has that information, encrypted and locked away safe.

What if I want to pay by check?

If you'd like to pay by check, you have two options.

You may utilize PayPal's online eCheck service or you may call us at (207) 286-3020 or 1-800-672-3020 Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes - upon approval, all purchase orders are handled on Net 15 terms. To apply, simply complete our credit application form

How does PayPal work? How do I sign up?

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. It is free to open and send money using a PayPal account. PayPal has a quick, 1-page signup form for opening accounts. If you do not already have an account, you will automatically be sent to this form when you checkout.

What credit cards does PayPal accept?

PayPal accepts the following cards:

  • Visa / Delta / Electron
  • MasterCard / Eurocard
  • Maestro
  • American Express

Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

What is the PayPal Money Back Guarantee?

PayPal's Money Back Guarantee Program is designed to offer additional purchase protection to buyers making a physical goods purchase. Are there any items not covered by the Money Back Guarantee?">Are there any items not covered by the Money Back Guarantee?

Yes. The following items are not covered under the Money Back Guarantee:

  • Items that have been damaged by the buyer
  • Consumables and perishables
  • Items weighing more than 70 pounds
  • Items that, when packed, exceed 130 inches in combined length and girth (the combined length and girth is length plus twice the height plus twice the girth)

In addition, the Guarantee is only offered for transactions with a total amount of $1,000.00 USD or less. For more information about terms and exclusions, please refer to the Money Back Guarantee section of the User Agreement.

I am outside the US. Will you accept international orders? Can I still pay online with PayPal?

Yes. We happily accept International orders. PayPal is currently available in many countries and regions worldwide

How do you ship and when can I expect my order?

Our standard shipping is by US Mail First Class with Delivery Confirmation. If you require your order by a specific time/date, or wish to have your shipping expedited, simply select the right option at the checkout

All orders shipped via US Mail must be allowed ample time for delivery. Postal delivery can take 4 to 6 weeks in some regions. We cannot be held accountable for postal delays.

I have an account with FedEx/UPS. Will you ship by specified means?

We are happy to use alternate shipping methods if you want to use your own shipper, Simply
